A photo, in other words, to kill

"To Kill Differently" is a novel in which the characters try to guess each other's intentions like crossword puzzle clues, but none of the clues fit the answers to questions about what is truth and what is a lie. The number of squares doesn't match. Not the right words. And there's no solution. No solution?

VERTICAL marine, locomotive or a mild curse - Wiktoria is a cyberchondriac, a dead-season salad, commonly known as poverty - Wiktoria's father recalls when he was a secret collaborator of SBW, pectoral like in a cage, whose fluttering wings are certainly death - Wiktoria's mother hastily puts on a coat and escapes to another life HORIZONTAL electroshock with voltage up to 450 V and current up to 0.9 A, used out of curiosity and what if Tekla adopts adult Wiktoria as part of a Polish-British social campaign? A mathematical model of a conflict situation, preliminary in bed - Leland, Tekla's husband, likes his wife's idea very much, too much, apart from anger, fear, contempt, humiliation, hostility, disgust, shame, envy, jealousy and revenge, another of the natural elements of interpersonal relations - the characters take photos, thanks to which they are supposed to remind themselves that they themselves really exist, but these photos are nothing like the truth.

Aleksander Wenglasz (born in Wrocław in 1981) - prose writer, publicist, film scriptwriter, dramatist. Co-founder of the fanzine "OnFire" dedicated to the works of Nick Cave and Einstürzende Neubauten. Winner of the best short story competition at the International Short Story Festival (2008). Nominated for the "Gazeta Wyborcza Wrocław wARTo" Cultural Award in the Literature category (2010).
