About this place
We started here in 2010 with a simple belief: that Wrocław needed a place where you could sit down with a coffee and choose a book in peace – without haste or pressure. Fourteen years later, that belief hasn't lost an ounce of its truth.
We are located in an artistic tenement house at Przejście Garncarskie – one of the most beautiful corners of the Old Town. A hundred meters from the Market Square, yet a completely separate world. Inside, there are 9,000 titles, Italian coffee, and enough space to stay longer than you planned.
Here we organize most of our events – author meetings, workshops, and those evenings that are hard to categorize. If you'd like, we can organize something together.
What will you find here?
Cafe
Italian coffee, teas in a pot, juices, lemonades, and homemade cookies. We serve from 11:00 AM.
9,000 Titles
Fiction, art, humanities, social sciences, children's literature. Every book here is here for a reason.
Vinyl and Records
A wide selection of vinyl and CDs - because music and literature have always conversed. You'll find things here that aren't available in chain stores.
Foreign Books
A wide selection of books in English and German, and recently also in Ukrainian. It comes in handy when you're looking for something beyond the Polish market.
Bookcrossing
Bring a book you've read, take another. A simple rule that has worked from the beginning. One of the oldest traditions of this place.

Did you order something from the store? Pick it up here with no shipping costs - and have a coffee while you're at it. Processing time up to 5 business days.
